ORDER - PAYMENT - DELIVERY POLICY

1. Ordering Instructions

Step 1:

Visit Vietstock's website at http://dichvu.vietstock.vn/. To search for products, you search by the product category of the website.

Step 2:

On the Contact page, you fill in the required information and the service or product you want to buy. Information will be sent to customer care.

Step 3:

Vietstock confirms the order via customer email.

2. Payment method

After Vietstock confirms the order, you make payment in one of the following two ways:

Bank transfer:

  • Công ty Cổ Phần Tài Việt
  • Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Tan Dinh branch – HCMC)
  • Account number: 007.100.3121465
  • Content: Full name _ Phone number_ Name of product or service

Pay at Representative office:

Address: 81/10B Hồ Văn Huê, Ward 9, Phú Nhuận District, HCMC.

Vietstock only delivers goods after the customer completes the payment procedure. Vietstock does not apply COD delivery (Deliver first - collect later)

3. Delivery method

  • For book

Delivery charges for all orders through express delivery, within the territory of Vietnam.

Transfer orders have delivery time from 1 to 4 working days depending on the area where the customer resides, the maximum delivery time is 6 working days.

  • For software products:

Customers will download the software and install it on their personal computers, Vietstock will provide an account and password sent via email to the customer to log in.

  • For financial data products: Vietstock will provide via email for customers to download.

Note: Vietstock reserves the right to change and adjust the policy from time to time.
