RETURN POLICY

  • Products (including publications only) can only be exchanged when there is an error (page tear, page layout error, cover peeling ...)
  • You need to notify Viestock immediately after receiving the goods.
  • Vietstock is committed to quickly exchange products for customers as soon as possible after receiving the notice. If the product is out of stock, Viestock will refund the money without any requirements in this case.
  • No return or exchange support for products in the promotion.

Please make sure that the product you request for exchange/return meets Vietstock's conditions for returning the product as above.

Product exchange/return process

  • Step 1: Customers contact hotline: 028 3848 7238 (0) – Mobile:  0908169898 or email: kinhdoanh@vietstock.vn to request a product exchange/return, Vietstock will guide you on how to exchange/return the product. If the customer's product exchange/return process is valid.
  • Step 2: Customers send products and goods to Vietstock to receive according to the above instructions, which can be at Vietstock's Head office or by post for purchased products.
  • Step 3: Vietstock receives the product and check the product.
  • Step 4: Customers receive replacement products or receive refunds.

Steps to exchange/return products:

  • Step 1: Contact.

    Customers contact hotline: 028 3848 7238 (0) – Mobile number:  0908169898 or email: tinhdoanh@vietstock.vn and provide detailed information about faulty products including:

  - Buyer information

  - Product's name;

  - Product defect (detailed description and photo if any);

  - Need for support: exchange/return.

  • Step 2: Receive instructions on registering for product exchange/return or email instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack and take the product to the Post office or bring it directly to Vietstock's Head office.
  • Step 4: Send the product to Vietstock (in case of sending by Post) to the address:

81/10B Hồ Văn Huê, Ward 9, Phú Nhuận District, HCMC

Please send the product by Post to Vietstock within 03 (three) working days from the date of notification to Customer Care Service and enclose:

 - Invoice  (if any);

 - VAT invoice (if any);

 - Promotional gifts attached (if any).

Note:  Customers please only send products by post and are responsible for the   intact state of products when sent to Vietstock.

After receiving the products sent by the Customer, Vietstock will respond and update information on each processing stage to the Customer via phone number or email.
